Apex Legends: How to Rotate Safely on Olympus
Olympus is beautiful, but it is a third-party nightmare. The open sightlines and central chokepoints (looking at you, Hammond Labs) make moving across the map dangerous. In Season 22, understanding rotation paths is more important than aim.

The "Phase Runner" Trap
While the Phase Runner (the giant portal) offers fast travel from Hydroponics to Hammond Labs, it is a death trap. Teams often camp the exit. Only use it if:
- You are being chased by the Ring.
- You have a Crypto to scan the exit beforehand.
- You have a Wraith portal to dip back in immediately.
Optimal Routes
Energy Depot -> Gardens
Avoid the central stairs. Rotate wide through the maintenance tunnels underneath. It takes longer but keeps you hidden from snipers at Rift.
Bonsai Plaza -> Solar Array
Take the Trident highway. The speed of the vehicle makes it hard to hit you, and you can cross the large open field in seconds. Park the Trident behind cover before engaging.
